Rates

Prenatal, postpartum, and lactation support and education is available. All services are billed at a rate of $35 per hour for 1 to 3 hours and $25 per hour for 4 to 8 hours for each day services are rendered. Examples: Two hours of support is $70; three hours is $105; eight hours is $200. I may be available more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period by special arrangement.

You may be able to be reimbursed for doula services through your FSA (Flexible Spending Account). Please review your plan documentation or contact the administrator for details. You may need to request reimbursement for "nursing" services (which need not be performed by a nurse).

Payment

An invoice will be provided each Friday. Payment may be in cash, check (written out to Tiffany Gallagher), credit card (accepted through PayPal). Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Hours of availability

Services are available any time of the day, including overnights. Shifts last from 4 to 8 hours, and I can work with other postpartum doulas in the area to provide round-the-clock care when requested.

I have a calendar that outlines my general availability. In addition to my work as a doula and lactation counselor, I have a very flexible part-time day job, and I can almost always accommodate scheduling requests.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates can be given in amounts starting at $35, which will provide one hour of postpartum or lactation support. Multiple gift certificates can be purchased for one recipient at a time if you need an amount greater than listed below. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal. Please include the recipient's address for mailing if it should be sent directly. A paper gift certificate will be delivered through US Mail.
